NEW YEAR AT DAMSON DENE HOTEL

On behalf of Wayne and all the staff, we would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the Damson Dene Hotel for the New Year period. We do hope that you will enjoy your stay with us but if there is anything that we can do to make your stay more comfortable, please do not hesitate to contact us.

30th DECEMBER 2012:

Once you have settled yourself into the hotel, Wayne, Paul and Lavinia would like to invite you to join them for Bucks Fizz and a selection of cakes, which will be served in the lounge between 3pm and 6pm. This is a great opportunity for you to meet the hotel management and also the other guests who will be staying with us over the New Year.

Our three course candle lit dinner will be served in the Heron View restaurant between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. We would be grateful if you could let Reception know your preferred dining time before 6pm.

In your bedroom you will find a copy of the New Years Eve Dinner menu and wine list. We would be grateful if you could make your choice and inform Reception before 11am tomorrow. We would also be grateful if you could pre-order your champagne for midnight so that we can ensure that it is perfectly chilled for you.

NEW YEARS EVE:

Our full English breakfast buffet will be served in the Heron View restaurant between 8.00am and 10.00am.

The day is free for you to enjoy at your leisure, the swimming pool will be open, there are board games available in the lounge or if you require any advise on local walks or attractions please contact Reception who will be happy to assist.

Our New Years Eve gala dinner will be served in the Heron View restaurant at 7.30pm. This will be followed by dancing with our DJ until we welcome in the New Year.

NEW YEARS DAY:

Happy New Year – a lie in this morning! Our full English breakfast buffet will be served in the Heron View Restaurant between 8.30am and 10.30am. We would ask that you let Reception know your preferred dining time for this evening’s dinner prior to going out for the day.

After you have spent the day exploring the local area, our three course candle lit dinner will be served in the Heron View restaurant between 6.30pm and 8.30pm.

2nd JANUARY 2013

Our full English breakfast buffet will be served between 8.00am and 10.00am. We will then wish you a fond farewell. We would be grateful if you could vacate your bedrooms before 11am but please feel free to use the hotel facilities after that time.
